Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


U.S. Bancorp is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and passionate about providing top-notch support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client requests. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients. 6. Conduct research and analysis to assist in problem-solving and decision-making. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client support role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
