Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Implenia AG is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess strong cooperation and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving client services - Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and assisting with customer retention efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
