We are seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team at First American Financial. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
As a Client Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Updating client records and maintaining accurate documentation - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
To be successful in this role, you must be independent and reliable, with strong presentation and teamwork skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
