Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Highly motivated and hardworking - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Analytical skills to identify and address client needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
