Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


TIAA, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support - Processing client requests and following up to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - High school diploma or equivalent required
