We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at eBay. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with their inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Keep up-to-date on eBay's products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Proactively identify ways to improve the client support process and suggest solutions for implementation.
