Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at eBay. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in client support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with their inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns. 4.
