Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, have strong planning and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshooting their products. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve skills.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal).
