Job Description - Client Support Associate

As a Client Support Associate at Colgate-Palmolive in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Providing top-notch support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Addressing client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with various teams within the company to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions - Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and providing product training when necessary - Monitoring client satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve services - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and decision-making abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
