Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a talented Client Support Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 2. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience. 4. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and materials. 5. Maintain client records and update databases accurately. 6. Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Support senior team members in various client-related tasks. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Hardworking and independent with excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Strong presentation and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
