Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Rockwell Automation is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client support processes - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Provide regular updates to senior management on client support metrics and performance


Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
