Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at PepsiCo, your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing support to help them optimize their experience with PepsiCo.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and effective problem-solving. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. 4. Analyze client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client goals and objectives. 6. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively address any areas of concern. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and identify solutions. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
