Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Costco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client support team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance and support to the client support team.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the client support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions - Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for the client support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience managing a team - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Highly creative and innovative thinking - Hardworking and confident demeanor
