Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Support Manager to join our team at Baker Hughes in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and report on performance as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive and able to build trust with clients - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
