Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at PG&E Corp. This part-time position is located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, and is at a Mid-to-Senior Level with a requirement of at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, issues, and requests. 3. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the client support process and streamline operations. 5. Lead and mentor a team of remote support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in client interactions. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for the support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to provide cutting-edge support to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of managing client relationships in a remote setting. 4. Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Reliable and confident personality traits to handle challenging situations with ease. 6.
