Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Symantec, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client support and management, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and proactively anticipating future requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. - Develop and implement client support strategies that align with company goals and objectives. - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support delivery. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client support and leverage this knowledge to enhance our offerings.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. - Proven track record of success in client support and management roles, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in CRM systems and other client support tools. - Independent and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Strong cooperation and planning skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. - Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
