Job Description:
Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position is ideal for a motivated individual with at least 7 years of experience in client support management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and growth - Provide training and guidance to junior support staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in remote support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
