Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at St. Jude Medical, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. This position is a part-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer support - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues proactively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and motivated individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Ability to analyze data and conduct research to inform decision-making - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
