Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Manager to join our team at Molina Healthcare. This is a remote, part-time position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in client support or customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues and ensure timely resolution - Develop and deliver client presentations, trainings, and reports to drive engagement and understanding of our services - Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements with clients to meet their needs and company objectives - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to advise clients on best practices - Support the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in client support or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and German is required
