Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Support Manager to join our team at AmerisourceBergen, a leading pharmaceutical services company. This is a remote, part-time position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall client experience - Prepare and deliver regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and key performance indicators


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for client service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
