Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a client support role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the client support process - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on key performance metrics - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support to remain competitive in the market

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Attention to detail and a strong focus on innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
