Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at J.M. Smucker. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure a positive experience - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Develop and implement client support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on client satisfaction and business performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
