Job Description:
Spectra Energy is looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team remotely from Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any technical issues - Monitor client satisfaction and seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client retention and growth - Provide regular reporting on client metrics and performance
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Confident and resourceful personality with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and client support tools - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
