Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Capital One Financial is seeking a Client Support Manager to work remotely from their home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback on improving the overall client experience. 4. Manage multiple client accounts, including handling escalations and prioritizing urgent requests. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Proficiency in project management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
