Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role with mid-to-senior level seniority.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer support - Manage client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on service expectations - Provide regular updates to clients on account status and any relevant information - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Develop and maintain client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service - Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage account information - Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and client needs
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client support or a related field - Hardworking individual with a confident attitude - Strong cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams - Excellent planning abilities to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently - Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
