Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description: SIG Combibloc Group AG is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Client Support Officer to join our team. This part-time position will be based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH and is an entry-level role suitable for individuals with zero years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
