Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Biotronik AG is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall satisfaction. - Conduct regular client reviews to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare reports and analyze data to track client engagement and success metrics. - Provide input on new product features and enhancements based on client feedback. - Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to navigate difficult conversations with clients. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead discussions to find mutually beneficial solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
