Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Avnet, a leading technology solutions company located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for resilient and energetic individuals who possess excellent soft skills such as persuasion and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist clients with product information, orders, and returns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client interactions and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be resilient and energetic, with a positive attitude - Soft skills such as persuasion and adaptability are a plus
