Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, adaptable, and a problem solver.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client support experience - Assist with client account management and retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
