Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Devon Energy in Zurich. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support services from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to work independently and confidently.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong independent work ethic and confidence in handling client inquiries - Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team setting - Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in remote communication tools and software - Ability to work part-time hours and manage workload effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
