Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through phone, email, and chat - Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering high-quality client support - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional service - Innovative and able to think outside the box - Excellent presentation skills
