Job Description:
Tenet Healthcare in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing product information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze data and generate reports to track client performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures. 6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to relay information and address concerns. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the client support experience.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
