Job Description: Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a reliable and driven Client Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to client problems - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Reliable and punctual - Driven to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
