Job Description:
Textron, a leading company in the aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working independently.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services - Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for product improvements - Assist in planning and coordinating client meetings, events, and training sessions - Collaborate with other team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight to every client interaction
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong passion for customer service is a must - Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and take initiative when resolving customer issues - Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate recommendations to clients - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
