Position Summary: Tissot SA is seeking a passionate and independent Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Remote Client Support Representative is to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and time management, as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve client support processes
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management and time management skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
