Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Williams is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Use project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests simultaneously - Conduct analysis on client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world of client support - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support or client services role - Resilient and dedicated personality traits to handle challenging situations and consistently deliver excellent service - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction - Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in German and English is required
