Job Description:
Ryder System is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience who are passionate, motivated, and possess exceptional people management and communication skills. As an Associate Level Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients through various remote communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Engage with clients remotely to address their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex client issues and ensure timely resolution - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Provide product and service information to clients and assist with troubleshooting technical issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients - Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus - Passion for providing outstanding support to clients
