Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and independent Client Support Representative to join our team at Casey’s General Stores in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of attention to detail when entering customer information into our database - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals


Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts - Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and order processing - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities - Must be a team player with a positive attitude
