Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


SanDisk, a leading provider of flash memory storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
