Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team at HP in Zurich, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and experience
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Hardworking and reliable nature - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
