Job Description - Remote Client Support Representative


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and confident Remote Client Support Representative to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As an entry-level position, this role will provide valuable experience and serve as a crucial point of contact for our clients. This is a part-time role, with the potential for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or technical difficulties they may encounter - Troubleshoot problems and provide creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients - Provide feedback to internal teams on areas for improvement in the client experience


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent
