Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and resilient.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and personalized solutions to client issues - Create and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong research and presentation skills - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
