Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Priceline Group is seeking a passionate and confident Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist clients with booking travel accommodations, answering questions about services, and providing general assistance. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve client support processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
