Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Rite Aid is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Assisting clients with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
