Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Lausanne, Vaud. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues related to our services. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner. 5. Manage and prioritize incoming client inquiries to meet service level agreements. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to address client needs and deliver solutions. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better support clients. 9. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorm innovative ideas for improving client support services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Proficiency in time management to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment. 5. A passion for helping clients and solving problems effectively. 6. Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 7. Experience in a customer support or client-facing role is a plus.
