Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Nationwide. As a part-time position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, this role is perfect for an entry-level professional looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with inquiries about their insurance policies, claims, and general account information - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and payment processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and accurate information delivery - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Provide feedback to management on client trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient client support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
