Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at USAA in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Interface with clients via phone, email, and live chat to provide support and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Conduct research to gather information and provide accurate solutions to client inquiries. 3. Utilize persuasion techniques to guide clients through problem-solving steps and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain a high level of confidence and professionalism when communicating with clients. 5. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure a timely resolution. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients.
Requirements: 1. A dedicated and confident individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong persuasion and research skills to effectively communicate with clients and find solutions. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
