Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Discover Financial Services is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong soft skills in adaptability and research.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. 3. Conduct research to gather information and data needed to assist clients effectively. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database, ensuring all information is confidential and secure. 5. Assist in the development of client training materials and resources to improve client understanding of our products and services. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve our client support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client support or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
