Job Description: We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Humana in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise - Educating clients on products and services offered by the company - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the database - Providing feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction and retention - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated personality with a strong desire to help others - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and French is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
