Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: As a Client Support Specialist at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client experience - Meet and exceed performance goals for client satisfaction and resolution times - Stay up-to-date on Hilton products and services to best assist clients - Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
