Job Description:
Citigroup is currently seeking a passionate and driven Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the financial industry.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support - Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and data security - Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve company goals - Utilize decision-making skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when dealing with difficult situations or customers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours - Passion for providing excellent customer service and a drive to succeed - Ability to make sound decisions and negotiate effectively - No prior experience required, training will be provided
